Meet the People of Zig Zag Station.

Ian & Sue Hayman

They own in partnership with Ian's brother, Zig Zag Station along with two more properties further west. While Zig Zag has been owned by the Haymans for a number of years, only recently have they chosen to live here.

Glenn Hayman

Glenn is the son of Ian & Sue, and my partner. We moved up here from Townsville beginning of this year after glenn was offered a job as a
contract water truck driver for Ian & Sue. He is an electrician by trade.

Ianthe Hearn

Ianthe is the daughter of Ian & Sue, her and her husband Trent (pictured below) also moved up from Townsville early in the year when trent got a job contracting for the Haymans. They brought with them a fluffy white cat (not pictured) and a long-haired chihuahua(also not pictured) who suffers from hyperactivity.

Trent Hearn

Trent was originally a tire fitter, now is contracted to the mine as a heavy machinery operator.

Ryan Friend

More commonly known as 'The Chinaman', Ryan is almost an adopted
son to Sue as Glenn and he have been friends since primary school. So it came as no surprise when Ryan was also offered a job as a dozer driver.

Not Pictured

Not pictured is Adam Oswin who drives the Tip Truck and is also the butcher, and John Crapp who is a general machinery operator. Also not pictured as he is employed by Ian & Sue but does not live here is Steve Hintz who drives the Livestock Haulage Truck.
